We are looking for a Bilingual Medical Receptionists who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients through the delivery of high quality customer service and strong teamwork. Our Medical Receptionists greet patients and register them for their appointments. They also take inbound calls and perform medical records duties. They act as an advocate for the patients by helping them with financial resources and coordinating specialty care when needed.


This is a full-time position located at our clinics in West Omaha and Northwest Omaha. The schedule is 40 hours per week, generally Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm and evening rotations may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.

- One or more years of customer service experience required.
- Medical office experience preferred.

- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
