Territory Sales Executive - Cassling
Successful candidates must reside in Omaha, NE or the surrounding area.


As a Territory Sales Executive with Cassling, you'll connect healthcare providers to state-of-the-art imaging and surgical solutions from our Growth & Innovation portfolio of products and solutions, featuring some of the most innovative healthcare companies in the world. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for helping interventional teams choose the right systems to make a difference for their patients and for their ongoing provider experience.

You'll travel throughout your territory to connect with department managers, surgeons and executives from hospitals, health systems, office-based labs, ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as a sales agent for Cassling's Growth & Innovation portfolio focused on the interventional and imaging space
  • Work in tandem with business partners in a hybrid selling model that includes collaboration, excellent communication, and cross functional selling
  • Must be willing to meet and exceed applicable sales quotas
  • Drive business results in assigned territory including customer account targets, relationship management
  • Work with Project Management, Installation, Education, Service, Marketing and other Sales personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure successful customer adoption of clinical solutions through robust training and implementation plans
  • Maintain all required documentation pertaining to sales activities and customer communications
  • Develop, build and strengthen customer relationships through excellent customer service
  • Understand and be able to speak to workflows and clinical operations in interventional and imaging departments
  • Have a firm grasp on how to properly implement various sales strategies at appropriate times with different customers.
  • Have a deep understanding of our mission, vision and the value of our product, as well as the competitive landscape
  • Develop and manage reference facilities and contacts
  • Must be willing to travel extensively (75% or more) to cover territory

What We're Looking for in a Candidate
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in imaging, nursing or other related healthcare field, associate degree in radiologic technology or surgical technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales or procedural experience.
  • Must communicate well with all levels of the organization.
  • Oral presentation and written communication skills.
  • Adept at handling many responsibilities simultaneously, changing course easily, and juggling many different sales opportunities at one time.
  • Able to routinely utilize independent judgment in performing job responsibilities.
  • Able to collaborate with various groups to reach consensual decisions.
  • Willing and able to work independently in an unstructured and minimally supervised environment.
