GD-OTS is looking for an experienced Digital Media Sr. Specialist to join our Lincoln, NE organization. We are expanding rapidly and looking for motivated individuals who want to help support and shape this organization as we grow.

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems provides reliable and affordable composite products to the defense and commercial aerospace markets. With more than 50 years of expertise, General Dynamics designs, develops, manufactures, and tests a full range of composite missile and space structures, including rocket motors, pressure vessels, launch tubes and fuel tanks.

Designs a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces and multimedia delivered for the web, including catalogs for printing/digital purposes, "look-books" and other sales collateral | Coordinates the work of designers, programmers, writers and other creative specialists to create visually rich, compelling and effective web content that draws together interactive multimedia features such as text, sound, graphics, digital/analog photographs, 2D/3D modeling, animation, video and information | Digitizes and digitally edits source multimedia elements (e.g., sound, video, animation) using various authoring platforms | Requires familiarity with streaming media concepts and techniques, including digital video and audio compression standards such as MP3, WAV and MPEG.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a quality-related field in a manufacturing related environment. High integrity, self directed/motivated, able to act independently using experienced judgement in decision making, work with minimal supervision, communicate appropriately, well organized with thorough attention to detail. Must have exellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study. ASQ Certifications: Quality Manager/Organizational Excellence, Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
