What We DoReporting to the Director of Consumer Marketing, the Sr. Marketing Specialist, E-Commerce is responsible for leading the development and execution of First American Home Warranty's E-Commerce marketing strategy. You will own the e-commerce content and asset development and management for all e-commerce platforms. You will work with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Analytics, and Content teams, to help create business plans and develop activations for this channel. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with an outside agency for SEO and CRO initiatives.

DEVELOP, DELIVER, AND EXECUTE E-COMMERCE PLANS

  • Deliver digital strategy, highly relevant content, and ensure operational compliance for all e-commerce platforms.
  • Use consumer and competitive insights to recommend the right content and asset strategy to drive traffic and conversion from various sources.
  • Create and develop innovative ways of leveraging existing digital capabilities to create programs that engage consumers and increase traffic and conversion.

MEASURE, ANALYZE, IMPROVE BY MAXIMIZING REACH AND ENSURING ROI

  • Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation, constantly seeking new ways to optimize performance and exceed business goals.
  • Partner with external agencies to collect insights and make strategic recommendations to implement, test, learn, and optimize
  • Establish objectives, KPIs, and benchmarks to drive and measure program performance
  • Analyze performance to deliver actionable conclusions and optimize future programs
  • Partner across multiple teams to coordinate and improve on First American's audience growth and SEO strategy, tying together editorial calendars, promotions, business priorities, product launches and more.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years of e-commerce marketing experience.
  • Strategic thinker and passionate for achieving long-term success via hands-on, solutions oriented approach
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with performing keyword research using Google Trends and other SEO platforms to identify real-time trending searches, keywords and topics.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices to assist editorial and programming teams with site and content optimization.
  • Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as (or similar to) Google Search Console, Moz, Google Analytics, SEMRush.
  • Experience with CRO, and tools like Optimizely.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as Crownpeak and Webflow.
  • Experience in supporting and facilitating cross-functional projects
  • Operate comfortably within the domain of Information Technology
  • Understanding of sales drivers and connections between executional data and performance
  • Analytical background and ability to analyze and interpret complex trends and data to derive actionable insights
  • Experience managing external partners to high quality of execution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

SALARY RANGE

$63,540 - $112,960

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
